Desiccant Air-dryer
System Overview
Dehumidification and compressed air discharged
from the air compressor pass through
adsorption beds sequentially, filled with absorbent.
Air dryer produce the compressed air required
dry dew point (typically around -40℃ ~ 75℃)
Recycling Process
Cycle plays for 2 ~ 10 minutes until approach the
necessary dew point; one adsorption bed
(A) proceeds the dehumidifying action while the
other adsorption bed (B) dehumidify the
air through pressure-reducing valves and orifice,
adsorbed moisture from the previous cycle is
released in the atmosphere.
